Biography

Shuang Chen received her bachelor's degree in psychology from Beijing Normal University, and a Ph.D. in social psychology from the Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. She became a member of the Tsinghua University faculty in 2021. Her research interests include media psychology, cyberpsychology. Her academic research has been published in journals such as New Media & Society and Journal of Medical Internet Research. She also serves as a reviewer for several academic journals. At Tsinghua, she teaches both theoretical and skill courses at graduate, including Communication Research Methods and Media Psychology.
